I'm the founder of Athletic Yoga and for the past 15 years I intensely studied, mastered, and applied several disciplines of yoga in over 3000 classes. I incorporate critical aspects of each discipline into a very effective practice for athletes. The practice of Athletic Yoga allows athletes to reduce injury and improve their performance and flexibility. Practice of these innovative and cutting edge techniques will provide significant benefits for athletes to realize their ultimate potential and optimal performance.
